Setting specific goals for our efforts which may include:

Research

1. Client and partner engagement

  • Contact with core clients and partners asking a series of questions related to your goals

2. Market analysis

  • What is your competition doing?
  • What is happening in your industry?
  • What is happening in the community around your business?
  • Contact and Research businesses you admire.

Set Direction

  • Based on the established goals and completed research we set a course with 3, 6 and 12 month plans

Execute

  • May include: content creation, media relations, event planning, website optimization, thought leadership opportunities, etc.
  • Regular communication is key as we will shift our efforts along the way as new opportunities arise and the landscape changes
