The Van Andel Institute’s Human Resources department contracted Rogo to do a full audit of the content on their web pages and collateral pieces. To evaluate the current situation Rogo used Google Analytics, former recruit feedback, third party industry feedback and new feedback from current employees. Under Rogo’s direction VAI reorganized and added new content, including infographics, quotes, photos and text to web pages, and created a new PDF to send to prospective employees and created a script for a new careers video.
